Would there be anything to stop an African wave from going all the way around the world as a tropical cyclone?

I was just imagining something. Let’s say a tropical wave forms in Africa and drifts westward into the Atlantic, as they tend to. Let’s say it becomes a hurricane. If the conditions were perfect, could this storm eventually circle the globe, cross the Atlantic, then into the Pacific, cross the entire Pacific, then crossing southeast Asia and crossing the Indian Ocean, eventually making landfall in Africa again?
